To unsubscribe is a 5-step process... first remove all your pictures, next alter all your profile info to something short and non-descriptive, 3rdly turn off all email/text notifications. Next, go to your account settings and "Unsubscribe". Lastly, a day later, go to your account settings and "Cancel Membership"... this will prevent future billing
Zoosk will leave your profile up as an enticement to other members, and will use your account as a "bot" to send messages to free-members as well as members, to promote activity. Removing your photos and description before you cancel will render your profile rather useless to them for this purpose.
Once you receive confirmation of your photo removals, profile updates, and confirmation off cancellation, save those emails... just in case they attempt to bill you again for another period of service.

It is simple to unsubscribe. It took only a couple of steps, then they simply ask why you're leaving, which is a simple click of an answer. I only had a matter of days left, so didn't bother to clear any of my profile. I cancelled to avoid being automatically charged. I did chat with a few people and met someone after only one month. We're still together and really hit it off well. I think most dating sites can work if you're totally honest and open to meeting new people with an open mind. Good luck!

Any business that operates like this is pure BS. It's disingenuous, certainly less than ethical, and not all that classy. So, I probably won't be providing credit card info to there morons. As for "finding a wife" on Zoosk... that's funny!

Its easy to unsubscribe just click on your acct and hit cancel membership and they will stop billing you.

Don't bother contacting them. Just follow William H's steps to unsubscribe. Yes always remove all photos and your "story" and profile etc because your profile stays up until the end of your paid subscription. That could be months. So remove/delete everything before I subscribing.

I did the same thing as William H above, removed all my pictures and blanked out my profile before cancelling.

Very easy. As soon as you subscribe, cancel and it will let you know your expiration date. I found with the site, if love is met for you, it will happen right away. You will meet lots and lots of people, enjoy

I cancelled mine two months before it expired because it just sucks. I haven't met anyone yet, and I'm using other sites with some success in meeting women.
Cancellation is easy. I've done it twice now. You should have no problem.

Very easy. You contact them and tell them. They will gladly unsubscribe you. HOWEVER, they will not remove your profile and you will suddenly get messages. Second, even if you have time left on your payment and they unsubscribe you, it is immediate. Ans finally, you get NO refund. So when this happens, you can go to the BBB website, start a complaint and maybe you will get your money back.
