My account was automatically charged on 19/07/15 and I cannot find any way to stop charges being taken automatically. There used to be a way of choosing this option in my account settings - but this no longer seems to be available. Phil Gurr

I haven't had to cancel yet, but I think at least an email to customer service, or even better a phone call should accomplish this.

I had the same problem. This is exactly what they do to hinder you from canceling. I spoke with a rep. And he was no help. He would not answer my questions directly. I suggest you notify yourr credit card co. To refuse charges from zoosk. That's what I had to do.
