Zml had some good press when they first came out, but it appears to all have been a scam. I agree, hide from this site.

Melissa, that is good advice. I think once they have your CC details they may sell it to other companies which can make small charges to your card and you may never even notice it. It will be under a different company name too.

ZML is a rip off, they are not upfront about costs, lots of the downloads are actually pirated straight out of movie theaters. All ways to contact them usually end in "error" They "membership" is charged out under a different name each month, so looking at bank receipts they all look different, and generally the charges differ also. I too signed up for what I thought was a one day trial, and then discovered two months later I was billed for a full "membership" each month even though I had been inactive since I discovered the first day what they offered. I tried to contact them, but to no avail.

Hi i had the same thing happen to me, you should cancel your bank card and let your bank know there have been unauthorized charges made to your account. I'm not sure about getting the money back but i highly doubt your going to get a refund from ZML
