This is a legit company. They have very good customer service. I received the Zinger Chair earlier than promised.

Always on back order takes months to receive your product

I bought mine on ebay because the company was to expensive. But just know if you need repairs done they won't help you unless you purchased directly from them and I've called everywhere. Other companies that do sell the chair apparently are under contract not to make repairs on the Zinger chair unless it was purchased directly from company. So that leaves you with finding someplace else to fix the chair and when you find someone willing to look at it they have no idea what to do. This is first hand experience.

Replacement parts took months for me to get an extra battery and rear wheels need to be replaced every 6 months

Definitely no, the chair is too heavy to lift despite the companies claim

It does have a lever, but it's kinda inconveniently located under the chair. You have to kind of force your hand through to set the break

Yes you can push chair manually. The only thing is that I tend to kick the back of the chair where the battery is located. So you kind of have to lean forward as you push so that you won't keep kicking the chair.

I don't recommend it for shopping. No place to put anything except a small basket located under the seat. If I shop then I have to push the chair so that I can use the seat for my purchases.
