They finally responded to an email but it took almost a week. When they responded they just told me that I could send the product back at my expense and they would send out the large bottles or they would refund the difference. Neither solution was fair. Large bottles are MUCH cheaper but by the time you paid for the return shipping it wouldn't be worth it. At that point I thought it better to cut my losses and not chance them having my product and never sending what I ordered so I opted for the refund and got it. Over all they are probably not out to rip anyone off but they are very lazy as a business.

I have the same question. There is no phone number and no responses to your inquries when you email them regarding an order. They did respond when I first asked about a product.

Now I am a bit suspious. I'm thinking of calling my credit card and canceling the payment to this place. I didn't get the shipment yet, but wanted to know the status of the order and they don't respond back to you.
This is actually stupid on my part. I should not have ordered from a website that doesn't give you
A phone number or a email confirmation of your order.

Has anyone dealt with this website? We are having issues getting a hold of them about an order that we placed. We ordered large bottles and they sent small bottles. There is no phone numbers listed and only an email address that has gone unanswered. Any one with any information please post!
