I ordered from them and haven't received any information on my order in 3 weeks and can't get in contact with anyone any ideas?

I just received something I ordered from these people and it is not what I ordered and I paid $102.00 and what they sent me was $51.00 on there website and I have email and tried to contact them please help me figure out what to do. Appears its a fraud website, best thing is to try and claim it as fraud with your bank to get your money back. If enough people come forward we can get the website shut down and possibly sue the creators.
