How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Yomifashion.com?

They only respond via email there is a return policy BUT it states returns can Only be made 14 days AFTER the purchase. WELL shipping from China Takes almost 30 days so about time you get your RAGS and assess them your almost 30 days in! I'm super pissed at this transaction..
