How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at YLighting?

I bought a $3,000 flush mount ceiling lamp. For starters, the lamp came slightly damaged, which wasn't their fault. They offered me 10% off to keep, which I accepted. However, once I had the electrician installed it, the dimmer didn't work. I called them and they were nice in the beginning trying to help me troubleshoot the issue. During this time, I had the electrician come out three times doing what they told me to do, but in the end, the electrician told me that this is a commercial light and uses 5 wires, while residential homes use 3 wires. So, when I called them to tell them this, they first said, I took the 10% off and accepted it. I had to remind them that was for the damage. After I overcame that, next they said it has been too long since I ordered the light, but then I told them that I have been in constant contact with them about this and I had to schedule the electrician three times to come out which takes time as well. In the end, they basically said that they sell residential and commercial lights and that I should have called them before ordering to confirm. The bottom line, this company will absolutely do anything to not refund you.
