How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Yeswellness?

Hi Margaret, we did experience several backorders and order delays during the pandemic outbreak. However, we have updated our procedures, hired staff and we are back to providing service within 24 hours, we normally ship orders within 1-2 business days. They do not answer at all and even if they say they; ll contact you, they don't.
