I placed an order with Yeswellness on April 17th and my credit card was charged right away. A couple weeks later I emailed and asked why my card was charged, but my order had not been shipped. I waited about a week, but got no reply. I then went back to the website and saw the notification that the store was temporarily closed due to Covid and the phones were temporarily not being answered. I then contacted Paypal to lodge a dispute. Yeswellness replied to me that they would have someone from customer service contact me. No one ever did. I messaged Yeswellnes and stated that I wanted the order canceled and a refund made to my credit card. A week later I had still not received a reply so I emailed yesterday and still no reply. Then today I get an email saying the order has been shipped. It would seem to me that they are running some kind of scam. I am currently relying on Paypal to help me get my money back.

On March 27th I ordered 2 dresses in XXL. Lucky of it was a size 12! The order confirmation said both dresses would ship between April 14 and 18th. One arrived on April 3rd, the other I have yet to see. They charged my credit card the day I ordered so they've had my money for nearly one month and I have one dress. I messaged them about finding the exact same dress on another website for $44.95. This was a difference of $50. I paid $94.99 for the dress. The brand name label on the dress is not what I purchased, its says Yashiqi. Not Cour de Vogue. Their sizing is out to lunch and the quality is terrible. Snags in the dress, puckered seams. Beyond the Rack or BTR.com is a SCAM!
