Very tough... wait time is long and customer service is bunch of folks just reading the messages from the email that you already received..

Customer service is virtually non existent. Usually took a couple of weeks to answer an email and then the reply didn't address the issue.
Phone numbers didn't seem to work.
Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Never again.
