Do we get a refund if we don't use the service fully as mentioned originally? What we paid in advance and never been able to use the service?

Hi Sophie,
As per the terms and conditions on the form you signed which you received a copy for you know on there it's a 7 day refund policy and you have a year to use the service so you actually complete the book. If you choose to not use the service that's entirely up to you. We've made a lot of contact to help you but if you're not willing to proceed then that's entirely up to you.
We've also extended the year terms and conditions for the year period so you can still get access to the service to help you further.
But again we can't force you it's your choice.
