Hi Sophie, As per the terms and conditions on the form you signed which you received a copy for you know on there it's a 7 day refund policy and you have a year to use the service so you actually complete the book. If you choose to not use the service that's entirely up to you. We've made a lot of contact to help you but if you're not willing to proceed then that's entirely up to you. We've also extended the year terms and conditions for the year period so you can still get access to the service to help you further. But again we can't force you it's your choice. Love Vishal

Hi Deborah, There's a few clients who are never satisfied but the majority get a lot of benefit and value from my help. I have a free session and if it helps you and you see the value you can decide for yourself. But I encourage you to have a look yourself and then make your own decision which I'm sure you will anyway and that decision will always be the right decision.
