No it was not immediate and they put it on back order without asking if that was OK

Yes it really is that bad Nonworking phone numbers back ordering items that were supposed to be in stock online not contacting you to give you an option to cancel and of course all of this was days after it was ordered I would take Jenny's advice and run, Forrest
