I ordered one thing on 11/16/18,is already11/24/18 n i haven't got any email update on my order!!!! is this a scam company???

Please keep an eye on your inbox as well as your spam folder, just in case. Once shipped, most items will arrive in 2 - 7 business days to the continental USA. To Alaska and Hawaii, it will take more like 10 - 15 business days to arrive. Thanks for asking!
