Ive have had someone call me and tell me i will be given 1million dollars ad a 2015 car and i ad to go to a bank and give the bank 250 and i will be giving this money with a refond of the 250. Is this a sham?

Yes it's a scam. If u win anything ur not goin to have to pay to claim ur prizes. My experience was something out of a movie. Told me to go to western union. Call a number nd they would tell me who to send the money to.

AsII said in my title... Run Far Run Fast it is a scam, they will tell you need a prize receipt which costs xxx amount of dollars and once you get this receipt they call you and now yuu need a second receipt to enter a second prize package which yuu have to enter to get the first prize package... they will keep going until you shut them down
