Well, depends on what you mean by "on time". I mean yeah, you'll get the order, when, that's the iffy part. I mean, they are based out of China, and shipping is so cheap, so don't expect anytime soon, so at least a month, if not more.
As for me, I've ordered from them, and everything I order I get, just takes some time...
Depends. But I've gotten things a month later so don't hold your breath.
