You don't get what they advertise. They won't do refunds unless you pay to send it back. If the shady company deletes their ad they can't prove what you bought. Wish is the main app for a lot of little companies. Most of which are dishonest. It's a gamble. Can take up to 2 mos to get your stuff

The problem is that there is no guarantee you will get what you bought, customs does random checks and seizures of products and if you get what you bought don't count on getting it within the time you need it. IE slow boat from China. Lastly if you get a broken or wrong product you have to literally fight to get any refund and they expect you to pay return shipping even if it was their mistake. I have had to contact my bank and file complaints against wish to get a refund. So your odds are better shooting craps in Vegas with the money you would spend buying from Wish

I haven't had the same experience as others. I am wearing my sterling silver earrings and bracelets today. And when I didn't get something I was refunded immediately. I paid through PayPal so I don't know if that is the reason or not.

I have never had any any problems with this company i have bought several items just got a cell phone charger and it works i also bought some mens colgne for 15.00 and retail is 60.00 wowzer a great price but you have too really look for a item you will see it several times at all diffent prices so i always look for the best possible deal i can find so i give wish 4

I think it's a good website to buy from but if it's clothes then get one bigger size than you would normally get because they are small sizes

That has not been my experience. I bought presents and was very happy. Again read reviews and planned enough time for delivery. But a heap watch and gave for yourself!

I personally have never had a bad experience with Wish. You have to pay attention to the reviews and pictures of each product. I tend to stray away from products that have no pictures or reviews. Also when I say pictures I mean the ones that other people take.
Part attention to the sizes as well. Because the items ship from China and areas around there, the sizes of the clothing are smaller. In other words, in many cases, a medium over there could be an extra small here. Many sites on wish have size charts mixed in with the pictures. You'll see that you may have to get a couple sizes bigger.
When it comes to the length of time to receive shipments, you have to expect that it would take a long time. It's coming from a different country. It's not going to show up on your doorstep within the next couple days. If you are buying gifts for people, make sure you do it at least 2 months in advance. The longest it has taken for me to receive an item has been about a month and a half. I find it worth it because the prices are so low. (Yet another reason not to expect to get it as quickly as possible)
Overall, Wish is a good website to shop from. You just have to be smart about it... and patient.
One more thing, I have yet to receive an article of clothing that is bad quality. A couple of my favorite shirts have come from Wish. Once again you have to be smart about shopping on Wish.

Yes because they're totally unreliable. It takes a very long time to get the item. I'm still waiting for some from January. A lot of times you won't get the whole order. Overall it's just not worth the aggravation.

I found there is no guarantee with this site. Dont depend on them as the buck is always passed to someone else. Nobody will take responsibility

Yes it takes forever and shipping isnt reliable sometime the package never shows

NO. I purchased 3 weeks before Xmas and nothing showed up until the New Year. No ability to Track and useless support. STAY AWAY.

Got a few small items wouldn't give as presents. Just mainly the big stuff doesn't arrive when they say. Clothes etc not what they seem when you get them.

Don't waste your money. Everything I bought was either not working or of such poor quality I couldn't give it as a gift. I would say spend money here and buy at your local walmart or dollar store and you would be better off. Getting a refund is next to impossible. Keep your money and spend it else where..

It's not necessarily that you won't get what you paid for, you just won't get it on time, and to top it off it's almost always not what you purchased in the first place.

Yes, just YES! They will send you an item you did not order and then tell you to send it back to them via expensive international mail and they will reship once they've received it. It's BAIT AND SWITCH! The postage is far more expensive than the items I purchased and they know that the majority of customers will just not do it! Also you are unable to actually speak to a live representative. Their responses are all the same COPY AND PASTE. What a scam. Don't waste your money.
