If 92% of this forum has negative remarks regarding Wish.com then clearly you are taking an enormous step towards a bad experience by doing business with them. They are NOT reputable. They DO process fraudulent credit card charges. They cannot guarantee your satisfaction. And, they DO MAKE LOADS OF MONEY BY EXPLOITING PEOPLES GREED FOR INEXPENSIVE PRODUCTS! Nope. They are horrible to deal with. I open a complaint with paypal against them and they have not responded it. Also the product has not shown up all I keep getting is there automatic message give it 5 more days. You can find the product they sell at other places.

They advertise items then change price at check out or advertise pairs of things and send only one. I've had to file complaints and contact my bank to get refunds on items sent defective or never received. They expect you to pay to send their mistake back which is illegal.

Chased all the bad copies of our styles off there. What kind of dress can you get (pictures great because they are stolen from an honest USA seller) for $11? The real one, with quality fabric and USA-made, with correct sizechart, is a reasonable $49, shipping included. I have never had any major problems with wish. If I don't receive an order I request a refund and get my money back. Yes sometimes you have to wait a few days to get your money back and some days you don't. Always use PayPal and read all reviews and product information carefully. I love wish. But I never order anything that cost more than $5. Also I have never had them to change the price of shipping on me ever. And if a price is changed at checkout its always lower anyways.

I have bought numerous items, mostly watches and such and I have liked everything but always read the reviews of others. Negative reviews. Dont order! Clothing is not always great quality, and fits super small. I am a M/L and an XXXL just fit.
I ordered a $70 purse and started using it a month later. The 2nd day of use the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, explained I have actively promoted their site but this is my first issue out of more than 50 orders. Within an hour they credited my card. No questions.
I have never had an issue and use them frequently.
