Wish having such a low approval rating should prompt them to get off their high horse. Why don't they care?

You have 30 days from the delivery due date to notify them. I had a similar experience with an item that never arrived. I had been notified there was a delay so didn't contact them immediately and have lost my money. Notify them ASAP and don't use again.
