Hi! I made a purchase on March 10th buy I never received the order number or any other notification as usual. However, the money was charged from my account. I have been asking in costumer support about it and no one tells me my order number and when my purchase should arrive. Please, help, who should I refer to know that information?

Check the item again on Wish. Are there pictures of other people who have received the item and are there reviews? If there are both of those (or just the pictures than you are way more than likely to receive the items you purchased. Orders are shipped from another country and you pay a very low price so you can't expect to receive it quickly. The longest it's taken for me to receive at item was about a month and a half.

Theres really nothing much you can do but go to the bank and tell them to dispute the charges the product however doesnt usually come till a month or two after you order or not at all

Are you going into your orders, hit x for not received, it will pop up track my order. Tracking numbers should be here. The Support info is all I know. I have not gotten things. I ask for refund, they say too bad over 30 days. I will post til they fix it.
