Why can't I reach you by phone and I do not get a response to my email. On May 11, 2017 I paid $509.95 for a wine jail. I have not heard from you. I have called and emailed and still, I have not heard from you. I would apprieciate a response asap. Needless to say, in todays times we can't take chances with our money and if I don't get a very rapid response I will start taking immediate action.
