Impossible. Worst CS I have ever experienced. Shameful. If you order from these guys, pray there is no issue.
You cant get a hold of customer service IMPOSSIBLE

Awful. No one responds to emails. When you attempt to chat, you are on hold forever. Once I was finally connected, the chat person left the chat right in the middle before my issue was resolved.
By phone, not hard. By email, doesn't seem possible!
Impossible to reach them as I have been trying for the last month. They don't answer any emails, phone calls, or "chat". It's like they have gone out of business.
It's not easy at all. They don't answer the phone and I waited for 45 minutes just sitting in a chat waiting for someone to reply to me.
