After reading some of the reviews on this website it appears because they actually ship you and item that paypal has not refunded the money of other people. You might still want to give paypal a call and at least give that a shot and hopefully with enough inquiries paypal will drop this company.

The N95 Nokia phone i bought from your site this January has develop a problem, the charger, battery has stop working and the phone itself cannot cover well at the back. What will i do to get it replace or give me another type of phone or refund my money
