I am having BIG problem with customer service and getting my hair paid for 7 weeks ago. PROMISED soooo many times it will be done, and it NEVER is. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I have been dealing with someone called Phyllis, but persons name is different in gmail, Nana Garzia?
This is my first time purchasing any extensions, i was just wondering if the weight of the hair has to do with how thick the extensions will be?
