Answer:
YES, a company called Voiply. Funny name but had great reviews and I am 1/2 the cost of Vonage's lowest price plan. Has all the bells and whistles which I don't even need. You have to fish around on their website to get residential service over business service but it is worth it. I even just transferred my number from Vonage. Very happy I did.
