on 9/30/19I was told it's under the flagship of Virgin by the marketing team who made me visit them in Movenpick, I paid 30k aed for gold membership, it's been 3 months now and haven't received any membership card. Their reservations hardly responds and claims that the printer is not working to print the card!
I asked for Iceland hotels and they want 48-72 working hours! Not days meaning it's 9 business days excluding weekends. I doubt if any established company can do this. Now I am writing to Virgin head office to understand this is a legit company or not.
I am going to lodge a police complaint this weekend if I don't hear from VHS.
