They used the name of Virgin group, which is the famous Virgin Radio, Virgin Sim card etc.

Very difficult, they just dont answer to your emails and phone calls at all.

I was told it's under the flagship of Virgin by the marketing team who made me visit them in Movenpick, I paid 30k aed for gold membership, it's been 3 months now and haven't received any membership card. Their reservations hardly responds and claims that the printer is not working to print the card! I asked for Iceland hotels and they want 48-72 working hours! Not days meaning it's 9 business days excluding weekends. I doubt if any established company can do this. Now I am writing to Virgin head office to understand this is a legit company or not. I am going to lodge a police complaint this weekend if I don't hear from VHS.
