I had a simple question and within an hour I had my simple answer! I like that kind of service!
My 1st email I sent, they responded within an hour. The second email I sent was on Dec 26th, 2020. Since it's so close to a holiday, I know it may be a day to a week before I receive a response.
I tried to reach them one time. It was very fast. I received the response within 1 hour of my request. Its awesome
