Vinkis charged my card immediately upon ordering and when I didn't receive a shipping notification over 2 weeks later, I contacted them. They initially said one item in my order wasn't ready and to wait a few more days. I asked them which item and when I could expect shipment, but no reply back. The next day I asked them to cancel and refund my order to which their reply was it will only be a few more days. THEN they sent a bogus USPS shipping tracking number. When I told them it was an inaccurate tracking number and demanded a refund a second time, they sent me ANOTHER bogus shipping tracking number for SF-Express international shipping from China. When using that tracking number, it said "customer hasn't paid off related fees". I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge as well as cancel that credit card. Major headache. DO NOT BUY from Vinkis!
