Legit company, but with terrible customer service. I've bought quite a few days from them over a couple of years and all went well, until there was a problem. Misinformation on their site led to me ordering a hat of the wrong size, and I then found out about their customer service. As mentioned above, it was terrible. I have since discovered that many other online reviewers have found out the same thing.

Legit, I used to live in San Diego and shopped in their store in Sea Port Village many times, now I have to order my hats online,
