Hello Michelle, You can report an image by sharing the photo's URL/direct link via email to members@viewbug.com. If your ViewBug account has reached Moderator level, you can also use the "Report Image" link located on the photo's page. All reports are confidential.

Hello Janet, Thanks for your question! We have a peer award system where members are able to give/receive awards to one another. This is a great way to show recognition for photos that you truly enjoy. Our staff and judges also have awards that they give to photos whose photos stood out. The only difference between some of the peer awards is that some of them can only be given by Premium and Pro members: The awards that can be given by Lite members include: Superb Composition Absolute Masterpiece Outstanding Creativity Top Choice Peer Award The awards that can be given by Premium members include all of the Lite awards plus: Superior Skill All Star The awards that can be given by PRO members include all of the Premium awards plus: Magnificent Capture Genius Top Class Awards are given to the photos with the most votes received in a specific contest. We give out weekly Top Class Awards showing how your photo is ranking in the voting process for that specific week. The Top Class Awards are divided in 3 groups: - Top 10 Class Award - Means that your photos was in the top 10 percent of photos with the most votes received. - So being top 10 is better than being Top 20 or 30. - Top 20 Class Award - Means that your photos was in the top 20 percent of photos with the most votes received. - Top 30 Class Award - Means that your photos was in the top 30 percent of photos with the most votes received. To view the list of profiles of the members you're following, simply go to your ViewBug profile page and click on the three-dot menu on the right hand side under your profile cover and then click on "Following" from drop-down list. On our mobile site, 3 dot menu is located at the bottom left corner of your profile banner due to limited screen space on smart phones and tablets. Hello Rebecca, Thank you for your message. Once you've created a Photo Challenge it will be visible in your profile under Challenges >> Created. Please remember we do not guarantee that all Photo Challenges will be published in the main Challenges >> Explore area as they must be approved by ViewBug staff. However we send a global notification to all of your followers when your new challenge is created. Criteria for getting your Photo Challenge approved include (but are not limited to): - Appealing themes - Complete challenges (a full member bio, proper description of the challenge) - Quality of the banner Photo challenges are completely ran and managed by the challenge creators and the creator has the option to delete images that do not fit the criteria at anytime. The success of your challenge lies in the effort you put into promoting it. Spend a few minutes a day reaching out to your friends and invite them to participate. Visit your Challenge periodically to monitor and review the submissions as they come in, learn about the participants and interact with them in the comments section. An easy way is to share it with the Promotion tools in your challenge or copy/paste the link.
