How come the prizes aren't real and noone ever gets them, I have spoke with many who have won but never received their prize?

Hello Ashly,
Thanks for your question! Prizes on ViewBug are definitely real.:-) When contest winners are announced an email is sent from our Prizes team to each winner, with instructions on how to claim their prize. If you (or anyone you know) has won a prize from a ViewBug contest and has not been able to redeem their prize, please definitely reach out to our Member Support team at members@viewbug.com. Be sure to include the username and email that is attached to the ViewBug account, as well as the specific contest their inquiring on.
