There is no customer service. They say they are based off SFO, I highly doubt it. Its a bunch of guys faking american accent and trying to sell you stuff. Shame on me for caving in.

They have all mediums available chat, calls, emails, text etc.

They are very responsive and you can call in to the company anytime. If your project manager isn't available they usually have a backup assigned.
