Answer:
Veepee don't refund the money they owe. I've been chasing by email and phone for several weeks but the refund never arrives. The customer service team are so rude it almost feels deliberate to put you off chasing them.
Makes me wonder if they illegitimately retain refunds as an additional revenue stream.
