i have not received any free gems as of yet could you tell me why i have not in 2 yrs

They are not customer oriented. The site is all about greed. Don't waste your time here.

VW has kept the 3rd party free gem sites on, since there are many VW players who are on fixed income.
If it was not for that VW would not have kept the 3rd party free gems.
Once you click the button for any 3rd party free gems it takes you away from VW site and VW does not have control of that.
There are some people who contacted that 3rd party company and gotten their free gems.
