VW does take things from people: coins, gems, spins, charms and party passes. Things magically disappear and customer service tells people "they don't make mistakes"... they say that they and the game are flawless. They frustrate people robbing them. Don't ever pay for this game if you decide to "tough it out" and deal with the unfair game play.
