Dear Linda, I have checked your account and while you did purchase a single credit onthe 24th it appears you may have left the valuation requests early before completing the submission process. We would have sent you an email confirming submission. In you comment you also not that you requested a 24hr valuation- this requires 2 credits and unfortunately you only purchased one - if you would like your item valued in 24 hours please sign in and purchase an additional credit then re upload your images and information - make sure to select 24hour valuation and following the steps to the end of the process. I have an 18th century original painting by william redmore bigg, ra, and would like to obtain an appraisal. my concern is the mostly negative reviews i've read. can you clarify if you are, in fact, still in business and if you have a specialist that can evaluate my painting? i have pics front and back and of the signature which i have verified from other painting done by bigg. thank you for your time and consideration. l. watters

I am unsure of the cost. the "f" in front of the 10,25, & 75 is confusing. what is the cost in american $$$?

The F you are reffering to is the pound sign. In the US the cost is $10. When you create an account the currency is assigned depending on the region you are in, if you feel this is in error when you create your account you can change the setting in your account settings page.
