I think that as soon as my bank and Paypal saw the steps I took and I that I could provide a report number, they did not question it further. My guess is that they did not take action, but I did what I needed to do to get my money back. Both the bank and paypal worked with me without any problems. I know that Homeland Security has taken responsibility for this type of fraud, but when I spoke to someone at the FBI Internet division, they did have a task group that was working with the real UGGS to try and put a stop to some of this, so a lot of my luck might have been timing. I was just not going to give up, but I find if I write one strongly worded letter and CC everyone, I am taken seriously, and things happen.

Go ahead and give me your email address, I lost my jump drive that I stored a lot of the information on, but I do have some of the files. It's been over a year, but I know I have the files somewhere. And I assure you, everything is as I said, and if I can find my notes I will send you the names of the people I spoke with.
