The times I would call its like weekdays only 9-5. So if you have trouble on the weekends or at night forget it. Seemed like someone in India. Hard to understand, took forever to answer

They take forever to answer the phone I had to keep calling until some one answers.

My rental was scheduled to be for 11 pm. When the shuttle didn't arrive by 11:30, I tried calling, but the office closes at either 10 or 11 pm -- there are different times depending on where you look. They report you as a no-show if you try to call when they are closed (even though they accept the reservation).
