I had ordered 2 dresses from this site for my daughters. One loved the dress which required some slight alterations, but was happy to do so as she looked beautiful in it.
The second dress was not entirely as we expected. I have tried to get the details to return the dress, but this has not been forthcoming. When/if I do get the details I am worried I will be posting it back to Shanghai and not getting any refund. Has anyone else experience of making a return to this company?
