my iphone is locked and i cant remember the apple id and password how can i get my email and password to unlock the phone

Hey Stuart. If this is your iPhone, then you can simply contact Apple, prove them that you are the original owner and they will help you. If you are not, you will have to contact the Original Owner so he can help you out.
If your iPhone is sold in Arab Countries, then there is a service that can help you. Please send us a message in private and an agent will help you.
