How long from payment to receiving goods? No one seems to respond to emails either..... Do I just contact paypal and cancel payment? Thanks

Are they legitimate, as they do not abide by Uk consumer law. They have tried too get me to pay another £16 for a replacement power lead for my laptop that does not work.
