I think it is pretty reasonable, and even though it is sort of a proprietary thing, I think two step assessment processes is very close to the industry standard. It should be one more than obviously for getting the best of the best, but if it was more than like two or three, it could have been kind of daunting and overwhelming, so it sounds like the right balance for prop trading to me.
