I have already paid for my dissertation, why they need some documents (Identity, Address,...)?

Hello Behnosh,
For security reasons we ask for identification if a payment is unverified. This happens if a person has made an unverified payment by card/PayPal, or if they have made a PayPal payment over £500. We ask for identification which can be any form of ID with a colour picture on it, an official document with your name and address on (a phone bill, bank statement etc.).
Exact details of this will be in your account message.
