Oh they are definitely aware which is why they have listed on their website all of the sites that are authorized resellers. Problem is these companies exist in countries where they cannot enforce the law. People try to do things like contact the BBB or FTC, but what can they do if the company is based in China... nothing. That is why I post here on sitejabber. This way if someone does a search for Uggcanada.ca in google the first thing they see is a sitejabber review!
