Im going to report them to trading standards advertised real ugg boots recived cheap $#*! fakes want me money back

They will NEVER answer your e-mail, so don't even try. This company is somewhere in China and uses low quality materials that are a sad knock-off of Uggs. My 'genuine uggs' came and they had such a weird chemical odor and were so cheap. I thre them in the trash. They were not even good enough to give to Good Will. DON"T waste your money. Go buy the real ones from a reputable dealer

Are you referring to UGGBOOTS4ALL email? If so, good luck getting a response. They are fraudulent. I would not buy a single item from them. What email are you referring to?
