I am part of a global training company and we have recently rolled out a single pilot course as part of a plan to roll out 20 more over the coming year. The treatment we have received by Udemy has been beyond terrible and I would never recommend any company wanting to seriously market large scale projects to do it via this means. Although Udemy are consistently failing to respond to our emails, it appears that they have underpaid us for our pilot course and completely devalued it by underselling it way below the market price and without our permission. We are rightly very frustrated by the lack of service from Udemy and their willful failure to deal with our issues. Perhaps someone on this site could confirm an additional channel we could use to resolve our complaint which might actually result in a response from the company.
