Is there a way to see customer feedback? Curious if they are able to leave detailed feedback in terms of comments on top of the star rating. Thanks.

No. I emailed iber and asked them that question. Drivers and riders are only able to see average star ratings. Im going to start a website where people can review specific uber drivers tho. Let me know if this is a good idea.

No idea but my feedback would be to take a traditional taxi. Uber gouges riders when the do the dynamic pricing and surge rates. 5.9 x a normal fare. $10 fare becomes $59 plus taxes. $40 fare becomes $236 plus taxes and other fee fees Ridiculous.

Screw uber! Uber is bad for this country, its illegal and criminal. Uber is same Al Capone popular but very illegal and criminal. Dont mess with it, go back to use a cab.
