I too order the tablet holder on Dec 9 and Visa was charged. I never received it and no response to my emails. What do we do???

I haven't received my order from December 23rd 2017 yet
I too ordered merchandise from this company on December 12, 2017 and to date never received my merchandise. Never again will I order from them.
i ordered a gadget that serves as holder for your i pad on nov 17 1 was billed $35 that was on my credit card but didnot receive your product
